We already had three other estimates that were all pretty much the same price. We decided to get one more and called Rob. Finished Basement/Pine Hills - We had not considered having our basement finished until I saw the construction work Rob Meader was doing at Don and Maggie?s house in the Pine Hills. Rob Meader's team recently completed a finished basement for our family. The project ended up being just under 1600 sq ft, so needless to say it was more complex than a standard finished basement room.
